Invoice Requirements
This guide covers technical requirements for invoices uploaded to EZ Cloud.
File Size Limits
EZ Cloud supports various document formats with the following size limits:

Page and Dimension Limits

| Maximum pages per document | 3,000 pages |
| Maximum page dimensions | 40 × 40 inches |
| Maximum resolution | 10,000 pixels (width or height) |
Large Documents
Documents exceeding these limits will fail to process. If you regularly receive large documents from suppliers, consider:
- Asking suppliers to send smaller PDFs
- Splitting large documents before upload
- Using Batch Mode to process only the invoice pages
Supported Languages
EZ Cloud's OCR engine extracts text from invoices in the following languages:

Multi-language Invoices
Invoices containing multiple supported languages are processed correctly. The OCR engine automatically detects the language of each text block.
